The Taylorville studio is currently being remodeled. Until the grand opening, a limited number of on-location portrait experiences are available. Full studio appointments will begin later this year.
Step 1 The Experience
Every portrait experience with Nikki's Narrative is designed around you.
From artistic direction to subtle posing guidance, every detail is thoughtfully led.
You are never left wondering what to do. The experience is calm and clearly guided.
Step 2 Preparation
Before your session, we begin with a consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and how you want your portraits to live in your space.
Together, we plan:

This preparation allows your session to feel calm, confident, and creatively focused.
Step 3 Your Session
During your session, you are fully guided from posture and movement to expression and flow
You don't need modeling experience
You don't need to perform
The goal is to create portraits that feel natural, elevated, and emotionally grounded images that feel like you, thoughtfully refined.
You’ll never have to guess what comes next — I guide you through every step.
Step 4 The Reveal
After your session, you'll be invited to a private reveal appointment where you'll view your portraits and select the artwork you love most.
